Carlos Toraño Exodus 1959 - 50 Years is a well balanced cigar that brings the best of both worlds. Exodus 1959 Gold and Silver editions were produced in memory of the tragic events that occurred in Cuba, specifically the Toraño family, in 1959. During this time, Fidel Castro’s guerillas seized at gunpoint all seventeen tobacco farms the family owned. After fleeing Cuba, completely stripped of all previous financial earnings, the Toraño family started over in the Dominican Republic. While Exodus 1959 Gold Edition and Exodus 1959 Silver Edition were meant to remind cigars smokers of the hardship, the Carlos Torano Exodus 1959 50 year was meant to remind us of the triumph that occurred after this seize and the Torano family overcoming all obstacles.
